CHEMBO BEVIL manufactures and markets more than 200 formulas in the field of both chemical and biological cleaning products, dedicated to the mass distribution and the DIY market.

The custom manufacturing of biological, natural and chemical cleaning products and specialties is our field of predilection. Much more than a supplier, we accompany you during your innovation project by bringing real added value. Whether it is the creation, reformulation or manufacturing of custom or private label chemical or bio-enzymatic products, you have the choice between an “à la carte” or “full service” service.

How does it work?

As a customer, you can choose from one of the 300 formulas in the catalog, propose your own formula that will then be adapted to your needs in terms of fragrance, color, etc. or develop a brand new formula, with the help of our R&D department.

As soon as the formula has been finalized and the practical testing of the products, both in-house and externally, has produced excellent results, we can move on to the production stage.

Our R&D department allows us to have complete autonomy in relation to the manufacturing of formulas. We can produce your own formulas developed by your R&D departments or formulas developed for you.

Our 2 production units have been designed in such a way that they give us enormous flexibility and allow us to deal with high volumes, both in small and large packages, for liquids (0.5 L to 1000 L), powders (25 gr to big bags), emulsions, gels, extruded and compacted solids.

We do not produce the packaging, but we work with reliable partners who are able to adapt to many different demands.

We will help you choose the best packaging for your product and your graphic identity.

As part of our eco responsibility, we offer more ecological packaging, such as our capsules. Highly concentrated detergents are packaged in these “caps” which act as refills for reusable bottles.  Furthermore, if you already have highly concentrated products, we can package them in our caps.
